La Casina del Bosco is an holiday house on a panoramic position, surrounded by olive groves by Alpe di Catenaia, along the road linking Casentino and Tiber valleys.
The ancient chestnut and oak woods, which characterize the place, make the perfect peaceful and quiet atmosphere, It also offers a privileged view on Arezzo, the hills and the valley.
The stone house was once used as shelter by the shepherds during the "transhumance". Its ancient origins are testified by the stones used during its construction, the building has recently been restored with a special attention to local materials and architectural traditions.
The interior presents fine furniture perfectly fitting with the traditional style of the building.
The property offers to its guests a garden with pergola and perfect area for outdoor dining.
The interiors are air conditioned and can be heated in the winter season.
The spa area finds its natural location surrounded by olive threes, fully equipped with a pool, a hot tub and a solarium.
A few km away is the beautiful Casentino Valley, crossed by Arno river, and Subbiano, a characteristic town, with ancient Roman origins, it is provided of supermarket, typical restaurants and shops of all kinds.
