Villa I Cipressi is a traditional stone farmhouse with large and airy lounges furnished with fine antiques, and rooms of exquisite Tuscan taste decorated with attention to detail.
Set in a panoramic position on the city of Arezzo, the valley and hills, it is immersed in a large park shaded by tall trees and it looks out onto the gentle Tuscan territory stretching at its feet.
Around the house a large and comfortable garden is equipped to spend pleasant hours outdoors with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, gazebo, barbecue and table tennis. A slight slope harmoniously connects it to the spa area with a large round pool and a Jacuzzi for 5 people.
The comfortable and flat area nearby is enhanced by a small pine grove and the solarium, fully equipped with sun loungers, showers and gazebo, and an area for sports -such as volleyball- or nice spaces for reading and meditation.
A small but well-equipped gym is available to the guests for their physical wellness.
A short drive away is the city of Arezzo, Val di Chiana with its artistic and tourist centres, Casentino valley and its picturesque villages and diverse Tiber valley (Val Tiberina).

GROUND FLOOR (sq. mt. 150)
Large entrance hall, living room and relax area with sofas and TV, antique fireplace with availability of firewood; a microwave oven, a refrigerator , an additional freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster come with a large and typical Tuscan kitchen, fully equipped; a bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR (sq. mt. 150)
an elegant spiral staircase in wood and wrought iron gives access to the first floor;
large lounge with pool table and antique-style living room, directly connected with the outside. three double bedrooms (one of which is equipped with a crib), one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed for a total of nine beds; one bathroom with bath tub and one bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT
satellite TV, WiFi, outdoor Jacuzzi (five seats) with heated water, outdoor shower massage, circular pool (diameter mt. 8,00, depth mt. 1.50), gym with shower massage, barbecue.
Stunning pool
There is nothing more relaxing than a nice swim in a pool set among Tuscan hills.
NOTE The pool is open from May to September.
