The holiday house "Il Nido del Cu Cu" is a small typical stone house built according to Tuscan tradition using stones and bricks, placed on the slopes of a nice hill covered with olive groves and ancient woods overlooking the spectacular view of the green and lush Val di Chiana and the beautiful Etruscan town of Castiglion Fiorentino.
The interiors, furnished in a simple and functional way but with great attention to detail, are air conditioned and can be heated in the winter season.
On the front, a large panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor furniture can be used to have pleasant meals outside while enjoying the sun and the impressive view.
The spa area finds its natural location surrounded by olive threes, fully equipped with a pool and a hot tub where guests can spend quiet hours of rest and refreshment in a place of rare beauty.
At a short distance are the major tourist, cultural and artistic centres of the Val di Chiana such as Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Lucignano and Arezzo. The geographical position makes it a perfect base to visit beautiful places as the Chianti area, the Val d'Orcia and the beautiful cities of Siena and Florence and Perugia.
